Love it and it's cheap
Not your run of the mill campground with hundreds of sites and every amenity known to man. This is a basic rustic, secluded and small campground. Back in a grove of large pines puts you away from most of the highway noise. Yes, it needs some TLC but the price is right and the owner was very friendly. The cabins are just what you are would expect, small old cabins with the things you need. The campsite we had was gravel but level and well shaded. If you are looking for the bells and whistles, search elsewhere. If you just want a nice quiet place to call home base, this is it.
We stayed two nights and it was great for a short weekend get away for us. Quiet, as the season isn't in full swing. We stayed in cabin #1 - One Double bed & One twin with a kitchenette, private bathroom, & Sattelitte TV (not that we used it).
It's nice place to stay. Very Kid friendly. The only down fall I notice was no store & NO Laundromat.
Nice sites, but bring your mosquito repellant or they will carry you away.
Easy access to LBL, Dover, & Paris restaurants & activites.
We took a chance on this place without a big online presence.
If we are back this way, we will look into staying here again! Price for ammenities & privacy was spot on!
