We find it very unfortunate that someone would rate a business without reason--perhaps it was in error? We would love for you to come in for an appointment to meet the staff and doctor because we're very confident that you would see why we have over a hundred total 5 star reviews collectively! We take great pride in the care we provide our patients and community, having donated over $15,000 to the local community this year alone. Reviews such as this hurt our ability to provide those donations so errors like this significantly affect many more people than just the business itself.
I was so impressed with the staff, the Doctor, and the office. I had no idea we had such a high tech office that is so nice inside out here in Dover! It looks like an office you'd see in Nashville or something. I've always been afraid of the dentist but they really are the best. Easiest appointment I ever had. Thank you for coming to Dover!
I was away from home for work and ended up losing a fill. The pain was so bad I was unable to get any work done. Dr. Renfroe was able to fit me in. They were able to fix the problem. Thank goodness. He had a great bed side manner, And was were professional. The staff was very helpful in submitting all the insurance paper work. As a veteran I support veteran own business.
l am the ex-wife of Dr. Renfroe. Although we may not agree on a lot, l am furious at the vicious predator who is purposefully attacking his practice with fake reviews because it affects a very innocent 5 year old little girl. One thing l can say about Derek is that he is an amazing dentist. Over the years, l witnessed his interactions with his patients. He treated them as extended family, and he took his time to adequately explain everything in terminology that could easily be understood. l still remember how caring and patient he was with my uncle who has Down Syndrome. Derek goes over and beyond to extend his knowledge for dentistry and provides his patients with the latest techniques and technology to make one’s dental experience as enjoyable as a dental experience can be. So, shame on the malicious individual who is posting fake reviews. Before you post another one, please consider that you are affecting the life of a very precious and innocent little girl...
Dr Renfroe is not only an amazing and committed dentist but a person we should all strive to be like. Dr Renfroe is not only the best dentist i have ever gone to, but some one i am proud to call a close friend. He is a dedicated Father, Officer of our great Army, and someone who truly serves those around him whether its his patient, staff, or his community. There is Not a better dentist.
