Re-training of "cooks" and "quality control" needed. My family and I go every week. Here lately (3 months or so) they seem to always be out of cheese but don't tell you they just make your burger without it. Waffle cones are mushy all the way through, Fries and tots are so over salted that they are not edible and when we request no salt so that our kids can eat them they are always still salted.... Seriously have to dust the salt off it's that bad. Afraid to complain straight to management or owner due to this location having had its problems with intention sabotage of food orders I thought that was corrected . Our car hop is always friendly and we do our best to visit with cash in hand to tip. An option for tipping with a card would be helpful.
Done with this sonic, service was SLOWWWW, corn dog half cooked, asked for mustard and ranch over intercom waited,waited after 5 minutes got out and went to get it myself.. Went to restrooms sink was filthy, paper towels was out witch makes me wonder if the employees wash there hand,, never coming back
Slowest Sonic on the planet. We stop here occasionally when passing thru & it is always the s l o w e s t. Should not even be in the fast food category. Finally just received our order. Mostly drinks. Very little food. At least the service was friendly & the order is correct.
They answered intercom quickly but food was not cooked completely. Cheese poppers, cheese not melted. Corn dog still loose batter when I bit into it. No offer of would you like mustered or ranch. Ask for some was never brought out. Ask for new corn dog. When brought out staff never said sorry. Bathrooms dirty. No towels. Staff not friendly. What happened? This use to be a good place.
