This has to be the worst highschool I have ever attended, and I have been to over 4 different schools due to my parents jobs. This school is extremely small and very difficult to work with. They are not supportive of the LGBT community or any other race aside from caucasian. While yes, there are a handful of staff members that are extremely lovely and wonderful people (Mrs. Anderson is an excellent teacher AND person), the school as a whole is not a place for creative minds to thrive. They say they are adaptive to military life, but they will refuse to be flexible with the unique situations of a military child. If your child has a very strong sense of self and grows well in a creative and relaxed invironment, this is NOT the school for you. The Art programs (theater, art, music) are EXTREMELY small and completely neglected from the school’s budget. Teachers often have to pay out of their own pocket for kids to br able to have the supplies they need to create. They focus on numbered state standards and vigorous review for standardized tests. Money is their main focus and the safety and comfort of students is an afterthought. The worst 2 years of my highschool carrer was spent in this awful school.
(Edit: Also, the third image is a picture of another school’s gym, not SCHS)
