They helped me out when I broke down in Dover. They said they would charge me one hour for diagnosis, but then charged me for three. When I questioned it, they said it was for topping off my coolant and oil. If my engine is shot, why are we topping off fluids? LOL Nice guys, but come on... BTW way the diagnosis was wrong. Engine was still shot, but it was a broken cam chain, not a sprocket key like they told me. After I got the bike home, I was missing some screws and bolts.
Sorry people that work there can't even manage to answer a phone.
